About IU-CPLE
The Iqra University Center for Professional Learning & Excellence (IU-CPLE), established in 2020 under the Higher Education Commission (HEC) initiative, is dedicated to bridging academia and industry through professional learning and development. CPLE facilitates opportunities for corporate professionals, organizations, IU faculty and staff, and individuals through training, customized programs, consultancy, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
CPLE makes professional development practical, agile, and accessible through high-impact short- and long-term programs aligned with industry needs. Since its establishment, CPLE has upskilled over 4,000 professionals and developed partnerships across Management, Engineering, IT, and Healthcare.

Our approach
At IU-CPLE, we believe that professional learning must be practical, relevant, engaging, and aligned with real-world imperatives. Our methodology commences with a Training Needs Assessment, followed by customized learning content and appropriate assessments. Training emphasizes experiential learning through a 70% activity-based and 30% lecture and case study methodology, enabling participants to translate theoretical knowledge into practical workplace skills.
